Cafreal Masala Paste: Ready to use Masala Paste for the African-Goan Chicken dish.

Cafreal Recipe:
Apply the Cafreal paste to 1 kg of Chicken/Beef/Mutton/Fish (In Goa it was traditionally chicken) and let it marinate. Shallow fry 2 finely chopped onions, add a chopped tomato and the meat. Cook till its tender for a gravy dish OR simply Grill it.
